Webmail

Cakecrumbs mailboxes can be set up with any email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird etc. You can also access your emails from any web browser via our webmail portal.

Webmail is the source of your emails directly from the server, if your emails are working here, they should be working everywhere else. Webmail is a basic online email client so is typically used as a fallback should you not have access to your devices or primary email clients.

Setup on your devices and email clients.

Our mailboxes are standard IMAP mailboxes and can be set up on any modern device including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers. They can also be added to any popular email client such as Outlook, Apple Mail and Mozilla Thunderbird.

Please use the IMAP settings below when setting up the mailboxes on your chosen device(s) and email client(s).

Mailbox settings.

Username: Your email address.
Password: Your email address password.
Incoming Server: imap.yourdomainname.co.uk
IMAP Port: 993 (143 for non-SSL)
Outgoing Server: smtp.yourdomainname.co.uk
SMTP Port: 465 (25 or 587 for non-SSL)
Username: Your email address.
Password: Your email address password.
Authentication is required for IMAP and SMTP.
